Watersedge is a purpose built bed and breakfast nestled in the Sheen Falls woods and is just 10 min walk along the waterfront to Kenmare Town. We share outstanding views of Kenmare Bay with the Sheen Falls Lodge Hotel.
Our bedrooms are finished to a very high standard. All our rooms are ensuite with power showers, hair dryers, flat screen television and DVD. The beds are fully orthopaedic and there is hollow core concrete sound proofing between the floors.
There is hot tea / coffee and biscuits available all day in our guest dining room which overlooks the harbour. We have an extensive library with books on local knowledge and plenty other light reading. We also have cards, chess and other board games to enjoy. This year we have added a deck to our garden a great place to relax with a good book and a coffee. Please make our home your home.
Breakfast time is special at Watersedge, we have a large breakfast menu to suit all tastes and needs including home baked scones and bread, our own smoked salmon and locally made cheese. Freshly brewed coffee and tea to help you start off your day.
Kenmare is a very friendly town and provides a hub to explore the South West of Ireland with a choice of beautiful places to discover. Among the places we recommend visiting are the Ring of Kerry, Ring of Beara, Skellig Michil (boat trip reservations necessary for this trip) and the Dingle Peninsula. If help is needed when planning your sight seeing we will be glad to give advice and make reservations for you.

Directions to Watersedge: In Kenmare turn left at the post-office and continue out the N71 heading for Bantry. After crossing the suspension bridge over Kenmare Bay, we are up the 2nd lane to the right about 50 yards after the bridge. A maximum 1 minute drive.
